I am available to support you (parents/carers) with a range of health issues including fussy eating, sleep, toileting, and growth including under and overweight concerns and healthy lifestyles.

I will be setting up regular clinics every 4-6 weeks for parents to attend and there is a clinic scheduled for 7 May 2026. Please contact senco@portswoodpri.org.uk to book your 30 minute appointment. Please note this appointment will be for seeing parents, I will not be able to see your child at this time.

  • Physical Health concerns related to school absences (not chronic or persistent absenteeism)
  • Long term conditions e.g.  asthma, eczema, impacting on schooling
  • Support for healthy lifestyles- diet and exercise

  • Self- care and health literacy
